Anybody looking for free PDF downloads of official Toyota manuals are not going to find anything. And if someone has one, they are not going to spend a few days scanning it. The cheapest option is to sign up for a 2 day license at this website and download what you need; I spent 3-4 hours creating directories/sub-directories and downloading every conceivable section that I might someday need. It cost $15 and you can look up any year Toyota during this period. The bonus with doing it this way is that you get access to more than just the repair manual. You get access to every service bulletin and a lot of other info.
I have just purchased some of the PDF files from the Toyota Rav4 (1996-2000) Service Manual, which I am making available for FREE to any interested Forum members. There are many useful files included in this collection (such as Chapters on Engines, Manual & Auto Transmissions, Brakes, Steering & Suspension, Wiring & Vacuum Diagrams, Maintenance, etc). I hope these will be useful to our Forum members.

Car covers are warranted for 12 months from the date of purchase and do not assume any coverage under the Toyota New Vehicle Limited Warranty. Each Toyota Certified Used Hybrid and Vehicle comes with a 12-month/12,000-mile limited comprehensive warranty from date of certified purchase. Each Toyota Certified Used Hybrid is covered by an 8-year/100,000-mile Factory Hybrid Vehicle Battery Warranty, including the HV battery, battery control module, hybrid control module and inverter with converter. The HV battery may have longer coverage under emissions warranty. Refer to applicable Owner's Warranty & Maintenance Guide for details. Additionally, all Toyota Certified Used Vehicles are backed by a 7-year/100,000-mile Limited Powertrain Warranty (from original date of first use when purchased as new).
