I found these manuals in my carousing of the internet, and thought that I would make them available here. I have the following: 4BT Service Manual (85 MB) 4BT Operators Manual (17 MB) 4BT Parts Catalog (23 MB) B Series Cylinder Head Capscrew Torque Manual (600 KB) Bosh VE Pump Manual (1.6 MB) I also have data sheets for ZF transmissions from Ford pickups, NP205 parts catalog, and even some PTO information.
All these documents are in PDF format. The ZF transmission documents are small, but the rest are all to large to post here or to email. I would be more than happy to share any and all of this information to whomever needs it. Just let me know. I have printed off and bound my own copy of the Service Manual. It is very informative, and otherwise just really cool to have for someone that has one of these engines.

It was easy to use, and all yall get this stuff for free!! Boshe VE Pump 205 transfer PTO Links do not work. Did not check out ZF tranny. So much useful information. Wayne What I found interesting is you have it set up to tell us how many times it has been downloaded before, if ever.
Certaintly hope that when you reset the links, it zero'd the down load tallies, otherwise some of our fellas think they have the files downloaded and many may not have them. Click on file, hit download, wait 20 or so seconds to hit link to download, choose file location to save, SAVE, x out of all blocks. Very time consuming, but the information is worth the effort.
